A recent analysis of Centers for Disease Control data, fentanyl has become the predominant killer for Americans ages 18 to 45.
Why is this not getting the attention it deserves?

Provisional data from CDC’s National Center for Health Statistics indicate that:
"There were an estimated 100,306 drug overdose deaths in the United States during 12-month period ending in April 2021, an increase of 28.5% from the 78,056 deaths during the same period the year before."
The largest percentage of those to die from drug overdose was in the 25-34 age group.
Between 2020 and 2021, nearly 79,000 people between 18 and 45 years old — 37,208 in 2020 and 41,587 in 2021 — died of fentanyl overdoses, the data analysis from opioid awareness organization Families Against Fentanyl shows.
Comparatively, between Jan. 1, 2020, and Dec. 15, 2021, there were more than 53,000 COVID-19 deaths among those between the ages of 18 and 49, according to data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
This is a National Emergency!
Yet while all mandates are put on our country to protect us from Covid.
While we have teams of medical experts working on Covid.
While our borders were closed to protect us from the spread of Covid.
One such protection that is now under debate is whether Title 42 will still protect us from Covid. Should Title 42 protection should end or be extended?
Yet no such protections have been considered for the drugs killing our youth.
Little to no attention is given to the deaths caused by fentanyl overdoses and other drugs.
